This immense, solid and elegant Villa has been updated to two lovely homes, one for the owner and the other for holiday letting. The half on offer here is nevertheless very private with its own driveway and a vast, hedged garden having some naturally shaded areas under mature pine trees. Between the trees are some unbeatable views over to the city of Siena.

The interior of the house, which is on three floors, is extremely attractively furnished with comfortable sofas and beds while large arched windows give good light. The small town of San Rocco a Pilli is within two and a half kilometres of the Villa and has bank, shops, restaurants etc. Siena is six kilometres distant and there is a bus service from Sovicille to the city centre. Most of Tuscany can be explored using Siena as a base - the cloisters of Monte Oliveto Maggiore, thirty-six kilometres southeast; the fortressed village of Monteriggione fourteen kilometres northwest and Florence can be reached within an hour.

Entrance is into a spacious sitting room with raised, corner fireplace and an arch to the dining area. The kitchen has cooking hob, micro oven, dishwasher and fridge. On the first floor is a suite comprising of a twin bedded room, a double-bedded room with an arch to a nice sitting with open fireplace, doors to a balcony and opposite these rooms is a bathroom with WC etc. On the second floor is a double-bedded room with adjacent shower room having WC etc.
