In a splendid location, a wonderful chance to spend one's holidays in a beautifully restored old farmhouse at the edge of San Gimignano, only 800 meters or so from the centre which can be reached on foot within a few minutes. 

Views of the San Gimignano towers can be enjoyed from most of the 7 self-contained superior apartments which have been lovingly furnished (some with air condition), with great taste and style.

Spacious accommodation each apartment has a designated area in the garden with table and chairs. Excellent panoramic views of the countryside can be enjoyed and from the pool area (16 x 7 meters) but it also has extensive grounds including vineyards and olive groves.

1 Bedroom apts. for 2+2 pers. (Lignite or Fusaia). Both on first floor. living-dining room with double sofa bed & open plan kitchen. Shower/WC. (Lignite has a fireplace, too) 

2 Bedrooms apt. for 3 + 1 (Massino) on second floor. Living-dining room with
fireplace and single sofa bed. Open plan kitchen. 1 double + 1 single bedroom, Shower/WC.  

2 bedrooms apt. for 4+2 pers. (Abbazia) on second floor. Living-dining room with doors to large private loggia (see photo top right hand corner), open plan kitchen, 1 double + 1 twin bedroom 2 shower rooms.

Each apartment has: Pool ( 14 x 6 meters) direct dial telephone, SAT TV. The well equipped kitchens offer: 4 gas hobs, microwave  oven, dishwasher, electric  coffee  making machine.  Shower rooms have cabins    and hairdryer. Some apartments with air    condition (payable locally). Complimentary wine tasting  on site. Private parking - electric gates. English speaking reception  service.
